Last weekend was insane, Electrik Kiss was off the hook, will post some crazy pics this week... BUT...Now its time to get back to reality, I found the best song to put me back on the straight and narrow. It's the Metronomy remix of Goldfrapp's next single Happiness, (available April 14) which features the Teenagers putting in their ten cents worth on duet kinda vocals. Now I know some of you already have this remix cause its on high rotation around the blog world, so I thought it would be my turn. WHY? cause its a damn cool remix/song for Mondayitis Cure too. So get out the asprin and let your mind escape with HAPPINESS!!!

Thats right all, I'm sad to say that it was 2 days ago now that I was busting out to the sounds of Spank Rock, Uffie, Kissy Sellout & New Young Pony Club + others at The Spit for Summafieldayze 2008. Nevermind i have pics that I will hold onto forever, just click here to view them if your on myspace. Otherwise make an account now. NYPC will always be my standout for the event, oh yeah and the mud. SO much fun. To help me wind down I have 2 tunes that got me HIGHer than ever.

As it draws even closer I thought it was time to do my one and only post about Christmas by searching HIGH and LOW for some different takes on Xmas songs by our guys/gals who have made us dance all year. SO here are 8 treasures to help you get to sleep each night until the day arrives...

Once again, I'm finding myself blogging about the Portuguese guys Loto, for more than one reason. One being the fact that their tunes are so damn good on the ears!! & 2 because I'm hoping to do remix of one of their tracks. Which should be nice. I particularly love the track Golden Boys where their vocals get a nice work over, and sound a lil like the Evermore boys from New Zealand. So I urge you once again, NO I force you to get out there and get their LP Beat Riot NOW!!!!

In the mean time here is a taste of what you should have in your Music Library.

Loto - Back to Discos.mp3

So you know the feeling when you wake up on Monday and realize that the weekend is over and you have to head back to work? Yeah I hate it too, espesically if havent slept enough and partied a lil too hard. So I decided to make it all better by adding a Mondayitis Cure spotlight which will feature an artist, similar to Saturdays just a lil bit more down tempo and chilled to help ease the morning in. 1st Up i decided to pull in Axwell, mainly because of his song It's True. Big thanks to the guys over @ Fluro kids for the Mp3. Axwell seems to have this light but still party fill to most of his tracks which you might remember from his remix of Counting down the days by the Sunfreakz... So where ever u are world, wake up play these tunes and get ready for another week, cause the weekend is closer than you think!!
